1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 500accs website at www.500accs.com (the “Site”) and the LinkedIn account leasing services made available through it (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by 500accs (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing the Site, creating an order, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Definitions

  • Service: the rental of verified LinkedIn accounts and associated infrastructure (proxy, anti-detect profile, support) as described on the Site.
  • Renter / Customer / you: the legal person or entity entering into a rental agreement under these Terms.
  • Account Holder: a third-party human being whose LinkedIn account is leased to 500accs under a separate agreement and made available for rental under the Service.
  • Leased Account: a specific LinkedIn account made available to the Renter for a fixed monthly term.
  • Rental Term: the period covered by a single monthly payment (or annual prepay).
  • NFC Verification: identity verification by NFC-reading the cryptographically signed chip of a government-issued passport, conforming to the ICAO 9303 standard.
  • Replacement: the provision of an alternative comparable Leased Account when the original is restricted under Section 9.
  • Recovery: restoration of access to the original Leased Account using the Account Holder's NFC-verified credentials.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction;
  • Have the legal authority to bind the entity (if any) on whose behalf you are acting;
  • Not be located in any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law;
  • Not be a person or entity subject to sanctions imposed by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations.

We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe these eligibility requirements are not met.

4. The service

The Service consists of the monthly rental of a verified LinkedIn account, together with associated infrastructure: a dedicated static ISP residential proxy, a pre-configured anti-detect browser profile, encrypted credential handover, and 24-hour replacement coverage.

We do not provide the LinkedIn platform itself, which is owned and operated by LinkedIn Corporation, a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation. All LinkedIn trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Leased Account remains, at all times, the property and identity of its Account Holder. Under the Service, the Account Holder consents to lease operational access to the account to the Renter for the Rental Term, subject to recovery rights set out in Section 9.

5. Acceptable use

You may use a Leased Account for:

  • B2B outreach within LinkedIn's technical rate limits (currently approximately 100–200 connection invitations per week depending on account tier);
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter activities;
  • Integration with third-party automation tools (Expandi, Waalaxy, Dripify, HeyReach, LinkedHelper, etc.) configured within LinkedIn's allowed activity volumes;
  • Profile customization on user-editable fields (Headline, About, Experience, Current City).

6. Prohibited use

You may not use a Leased Account, the Service, or the Site for:

  • Activity that violates LinkedIn's User Agreement or Professional Community Policies, including spam, harassment, hate speech, or impersonation of public figures;
  • Sending bulk unsolicited messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or similar anti-spam laws;
  • Phishing, malware distribution, credential harvesting, or any form of fraud;
  • Solicitation of activities or audiences that are illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the prospect (including but not limited to: distribution of controlled substances, illicit financial products, sanctions evasion);
  • Modifying the legal name or profile photograph of the Leased Account (these are tied to the Account Holder's government ID and cannot be changed);
  • Sharing, reselling, or transferring credentials to any third party without our prior written consent;
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the Account Holder's personal data from the Service;
  • Conducting more than one concurrent session against a single Leased Account (which causes restrictions for technical reasons).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any Customer found to be engaging in prohibited use, with no refund of fees paid for the current Rental Term.

7. Verified account holders

All Leased Accounts are leased to 500accs by Account Holders under separate, signed lease agreements. Account Holders retain the underlying identity behind the account and consent to operational rental for the Rental Term.

Account Holders may, in rare cases and at their sole discretion, revoke their participation in the Service. In such cases, we will provide the Renter with a comparable Replacement at no additional charge, subject to the replacement workflow in Section 9.

8. Payment, billing & refunds

8.1 Pricing

Pricing for the Service is set out on the Site at www.500accs.com/pricing. All prices are in United States Dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the Customer where required by local law.

8.2 Billing cycle

The Service is billed monthly in advance. Rental Terms run from the date of provisioning. Customers may also elect annual prepay, which receives a 12% discount and runs from the date of activation through twelve calendar months.

8.3 Payment methods

We accept credit card (via Stripe), bank wire (USD), SEPA (EUR), and stablecoin transfers (USDT, USDC) for Customers in regions where card payments are restricted.

8.4 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial Rental Terms. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access through the end of the paid period. We do offer Replacement (Section 9) at no additional charge when applicable, which preserves your access continuity.

8.5 Late payment

Service access may be suspended if payment is more than 7 days past due. Suspended accounts are not eligible for the Replacement SLA. After 14 days past due, we may terminate the rental and reclaim the Leased Account for redeployment.

9. Replacement and recovery policy

9.1 Coverage

Every Rental Term includes a 24-hour Replacement or Recovery service-level agreement (the “Replacement SLA”).

9.2 Eligible events

The Replacement SLA covers:

  • Hard restrictions on the Leased Account caused by infrastructure provided by 500accs (proxy failure, fingerprint drift, login conflict);
  • LinkedIn ID-check challenges triggered against the Leased Account;
  • Account Holder revocation of participation (rare).

9.3 Excluded events

The Replacement SLA does not cover:

  • Restrictions caused by Customer violation of LinkedIn rate limits (over-sending);
  • Restrictions caused by Customer violation of LinkedIn community standards (spammy outreach, prohibited content);
  • Restrictions caused by use of unauthorized tooling that conflicts with the provided anti-detect profile;
  • Concurrent session conflicts (multi-user logins);
  • Restrictions occurring during a payment-suspension period.

9.4 Workflow

On report of a covered event, we acknowledge within one hour during business hours and within four hours overnight. We triage to determine Recovery (restore the original Leased Account via NFC passport submission) or Replacement (provision a comparable alternative) and complete the workflow within 24 hours of acknowledgement.

9.5 Soft cap on replacements

A soft cap of two Replacements per account per quarter applies. Customers consistently requiring more frequent Replacements may have their usage reviewed to identify campaign-level causes, with no automatic termination.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a Rental Term at the next billing cycle by written notice (email or Telegram message) at least 24 hours before the cycle renewal date. We may terminate immediately for cause in cases of prohibited use, payment delinquency, or legal compulsion.

On termination, you must cease all use of the Leased Account, return any credentials or anti-detect profiles, and refrain from attempting to access the account in any future cycle.

11. Intellectual property

All Site content, branding, schemas, copy, and code are the intellectual property of 500accs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The Account Holder retains all rights to their underlying identity, biography, photo, and personal data. The Customer obtains operational access only.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other in the course of the rental relationship, including pricing terms, operational metrics, account credentials, and contact information. Confidentiality survives termination of these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of LinkedIn platform-side disruptions. LinkedIn may at its sole discretion change rate limits, account verification policies, automation detection systems, or terms — events outside our control may affect Service performance.

We do not warrant any specific outcome from your outreach activity, including but not limited to acceptance rates, response rates, meeting bookings, pipeline volume, or revenue.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of pipeline, loss of leads, loss of data, or loss of business reputation, arising from your use of the Service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 500accs harmless from any third-party claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, including (without limitation) claims relating to spam, defamation, harassment, or violations of applicable data-protection law in your outreach activity.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active Customers by email or Telegram at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Customers in the European Union retain all mandatory consumer-protection rights available under their local law, which are not affected by this clause.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and 500accs regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
