Why $40/month from us beats $99/month direct from LinkedIn

A Sales Navigator subscription from LinkedIn costs $99–$149 per month and requires a payment method tied to the account holder. Buying or renting your subscription through 500accs eliminates that friction and brings the cost down to $40 — and the underlying account is already NFC-verified, aged, and proxy-paired.

No personal card, no LinkedIn billing relationship

LinkedIn requires Sales Navigator billing to be on a card tied to the account name. For agencies renting fleets of accounts, that means dozens of cards, dozens of billing relationships, and dozens of statements. We absorb that complexity — you pay 500accs, we keep the LinkedIn subscription active.

Skip the cold-start penalty

A fresh Sales Navigator subscription on a brand-new account looks suspicious to LinkedIn’s anti-abuse stack. The accounts we attach Sales Navigator to are already aged, already connected, already trusted — so the subscription does not trip the cold-start flag.

InMail credits stay with the account, not the user

You inherit any unused InMail credits accrued by the underlying account. On a 90-day-old subscription, that is typically 50–90 credits ready to deploy on day one. New direct subscribers start at 50 and earn over time.

Pause, switch, scale without re-applying

Need Sales Navigator on 12 accounts this quarter and 4 next? Toggle the subscription up or down monthly without re-creating saved searches or re-importing lead lists. The configuration stays attached to the account.

What you get with the Sales Navigator add-on

The $40/month add-on layers a fully active Sales Navigator subscription on top of any rented or purchased 500accs profile. Here is everything that activates.

  • Sales Navigator Core ($99 retail)

The base SN tier with advanced search, lead lists, account lists, alerts, and 50 InMail credits per month. The default tier on the $40 add-on. Upgrade to Advanced ($149 retail) for $20 more.

  • 50 InMail credits per month

Send InMail messages to anyone on LinkedIn — outside your network, without a connection request. Credits replenish monthly and carry over up to 150 unused.

  • Unlimited search results

Free LinkedIn caps search results at 1,000. Sales Navigator removes that cap and adds 40+ filters (current company, past company, function, seniority, geography, industry, posted on LinkedIn, posted about a topic).

  • Lead lists and account lists

Build static and dynamic lead lists, save searches that refresh as new prospects match, and track account-level signals (funding, hiring, leadership change). Lead and account lists persist across the subscription lifetime.

  • Real-time alerts and intent signals

Get notified when a lead changes job, when an account starts hiring, or when a saved lead posts on LinkedIn. The intent layer Sales Navigator surfaces is the actual reason serious outbound teams pay for it.

  • CRM sync compatibility

The Sales Navigator API works with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Outreach, and Salesloft. Activity logs sync; lead lists can be pushed and pulled. Your operation does not care that the subscription is managed by 500accs.

  • Compatible with automation tools

Expandi, Waalaxy, Dripify, HeyReach, LinkedHelper — all support Sales Navigator search URLs as their lead source. The subscription unlocks the search scope these tools need to find prospects at scale.

How the $40 add-on compares to alternative routes

Most sales teams trying to scale Sales Navigator hit one of three options. Here is why the 500accs route exists.

vs. LinkedIn direct ($99–$149 / month)

Direct subscription requires a card under the account holder’s name. For agency or multi-seat operations, this means managing dozens of billing relationships. Our $40 add-on eliminates the billing-per-account problem and saves $59–$109 per account per month.

  • No LinkedIn billing relationship per account
  • $59–$109 / month savings per account
  • No personal-card requirement

vs. Shared Sales Navigator team account

Sharing one Sales Navigator login across multiple users is a fast track to a permanent suspension — LinkedIn detects concurrent geographies and device fingerprints. Dedicated SN per account, paired with an ISP proxy, avoids that ban vector entirely.

  • No concurrent-login detection
  • Dedicated proxy per account
  • No "team" sharing red flags

vs. Sales Navigator free trial cycling

Creating new accounts and cycling 30-day trials is a common workaround that LinkedIn has been aggressive about killing. Trials on new accounts hit cold-start flags; rotated accounts get banned. Our subscriptions sit on already-aged accounts.

  • No "fresh account + new trial" red flag
  • Subscription on aged, warm accounts
  • No trial-cycle game

vs. Sales Navigator without underlying account verification

Other providers sell "Sales Navigator credentials" without ID verification on the host account. The first time LinkedIn issues an ID challenge to the host account, the subscription dies with the account. Ours rides on NFC-verified profiles with a passport-based recovery path.

  • Host account NFC-verified
  • Subscription survives ID challenges
  • Recovery via real passport scan

Tier flexibility

Default add-on is Sales Navigator Core ($40 / month). Upgrade to Sales Navigator Advanced ($60 / month total) for TeamLink, advanced CRM sync, and 100 InMail credits per month. Downgrade or pause at any monthly cycle.

Stackable with the underlying rental or purchase

Add Sales Navigator to a rented account ($75 + $40 = $115 / month all-in) or to a purchased account (one-time purchase price + $40 / month for SN). Same $40 add-on, regardless of whether the host account is rented or owned.

How agencies and sales teams stack Sales Navigator

Composite use cases drawn from customer cohorts. Outcomes reflect typical patterns reported by our customer base over the trailing 12 months.

We were paying LinkedIn $1,188 per year per seat across 14 SDR accounts. Switching the back-end to 500accs Sales Navigator dropped the same coverage to $560 per account per year — a $9,000 / year saving across the team. Same Core tier, same InMail volume, same search caps.

Our agency runs 22 outbound seats. Managing 22 separate LinkedIn billing relationships was its own job. Consolidating onto the 500accs Sales Navigator add-on collapsed it to one invoice and freed up a finance ops headcount.

The unblock was the InMail credit pooling. We had a launch sprint where one SDR needed to send 120 InMails in two weeks. With our previous direct subscriptions, that was three months of accrued credits. With the 500accs add-on across the team, we redistributed credits and shipped the campaign on time.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Sales Navigator subscription real?

Yes. Every Sales Navigator add-on we sell is a fully active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription on the underlying account, billed by LinkedIn to a card we manage. You receive the same product LinkedIn sells directly, with the same lead-list, InMail, and search capabilities.

Why is it $40 if LinkedIn charges $99–$149?

Two reasons. First, we operate at a scale where billing is aggregated — we negotiate against volume rather than paying retail per seat. Second, the underlying accounts are already in our infrastructure, so we do not incur the customer-acquisition costs LinkedIn prices in.

Can I add Sales Navigator to an account I already rent or own from you?

Yes. Any active 500accs account (rented or purchased) can have Sales Navigator added at $40 / month. We provision the subscription typically within a business day. Existing connection graphs, lead lists, and history on the underlying account stay intact.

Can I get Sales Navigator on a brand-new account?

We do not attach Sales Navigator to new accounts because that combination triggers LinkedIn’s cold-start abuse detection. The Sales Navigator add-on requires an underlying 500accs account with at least 60 days of activity history — which all our inventory satisfies by default.

What is the difference between Sales Navigator Core and Advanced?

Core ($40 / month with us, $99 retail) includes advanced search, lead lists, alerts, and 50 InMail credits. Advanced ($60 / month with us, $149 retail) adds TeamLink, deeper CRM sync via Sales Navigator API, 100 InMail credits, and SmartLinks for content sharing. Most outbound teams operate on Core.

Can I cancel Sales Navigator without canceling the rental or purchase?

Yes. The Sales Navigator add-on is billed separately from the underlying account and can be canceled, paused, or restarted on any monthly cycle without affecting the host account.

What happens to my InMail credits if I pause?

Unused InMail credits accumulated during the subscription period stay on the account but cannot be sent until the subscription is reactivated. They do not expire across a pause window of up to 90 days.

Does the Sales Navigator add-on work with automation tools?

Yes. Sales Navigator search URLs work as a lead source for Expandi, Waalaxy, Dripify, HeyReach, LinkedHelper, MeetAlfred, and any custom scraping or automation pipeline. The subscription unlocks the search scope these tools need.

Does the subscription survive a LinkedIn ID challenge on the host account?

Yes — because our host accounts are NFC-verified, we restore them through the original passport when LinkedIn challenges them. Once the account is restored, the Sales Navigator subscription remains active on it.

Is this allowed by LinkedIn’s terms?

LinkedIn requires that Sales Navigator subscriptions be tied to a real account belonging to a real person. Our underlying accounts satisfy both conditions. The billing entity behind the subscription is not something LinkedIn’s terms restrict — agencies have managed Sales Navigator centrally for years.

Can I downgrade from Advanced to Core mid-term?

Yes. The downgrade applies at the next monthly billing cycle. There is no prorated credit, but unused InMail credits and lead-list configurations from Advanced carry over to Core.

Do you offer volume pricing on Sales Navigator?

Yes. The first 10 Sales Navigator add-ons are $40 / month each. From 11–49 add-ons it drops to $36 / month. At 50+ active add-ons we offer a custom enterprise rate and a dedicated account manager.
