What is the agency tier exactly?
Agency tier kicks in at 50+ active rentals. It bundles the largest volume discount, a dedicated account manager on Telegram, proactive monitoring, white-label invoicing, and bulk-provisioning workflows. The 24-hour replacement SLA applies across all tiers.
Can I resell accounts to clients?
Yes. Most agency customers do exactly that: the rental cost is your cost-of-goods, you mark up into your service retainer. We support either direct-to-client invoicing under your brand or reseller invoicing to you with whitelisted client contacts.
How do you handle one client's campaign damaging another's reputation?
Every account is isolated: unique IP, unique fingerprint, unique credential bundle. There is no reputation crossover between accounts, even within the same agency portfolio. If Client A's campaign goes aggressive, Client B's accounts are untouched.
What is the minimum agency commitment?
11 active accounts triggers volume tier 1. We do not require minimum commitment beyond month-to-month — most agencies start at 11–15 accounts and grow into the 50+ tier as client base expands.
How fast can you provision 25 new accounts?
24 to 48 hours for a batch of 25. Faster if we already have matching inventory in the requested geographies. Slowest if we need to source very specific country + industry combinations.
Can my AM also handle client emergencies on weekends?
Yes — agency tier comes with 24/7 Telegram coverage. Your AM responds during business hours; an on-call rotation handles after-hours escalations within 4 hours.
Do you offer SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestations?
We are not currently SOC 2 certified, but we maintain SOC-2-aligned practices: encrypted ID storage, audit logs, signed lease agreements, access control. We can share a security questionnaire response for client procurement reviews.
How does pricing scale across hundreds of accounts?
Pricing is per account per month, with volume discounts. At 100+ accounts, per-account cost is materially below the public sticker price. The agency tier (50+) gets specific quote terms based on the geographic and age mix of your portfolio.
Can I terminate accounts mid-cycle without penalty?
Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts. You scale up or down at each billing cycle. Most agency customers settle into a steady-state with occasional flex on new-client onboarding.
Do you support agency-specific automation tools we use internally?
Most agency tools are built on the same underlying credential format (cookies + login). We support every major LinkedIn outreach platform out of the box. If you have a custom in-house stack, send the handover format and we will accommodate.
